Although it took some time to get a response from the main office once the appointment and the bid wa approved, The work proceeded as described. Like any business things happen and appointments may need to be fluid or adjusted based on capacity of resources. Our first appointment and second appointment were both late. However, I did receive a phone call. Jesus was the person who actually did the work. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. I do believe that with the chemical processes that he was utilizing, his employer should provide him with adequate safety equipment. He did not have a rebreather which was essential for the job. We actually provided one for him to keep him safe while working in our home. I would recommend this employee. He is an asset to this company.

We recently used Santa Barbara Stone Masters to refinish our stone and tile floors as well as a bathroom countertop. They did a great job; the surfaces look like new. The crew was punctual and professional. We did have a minor issue but it was addressed to our complete satisfaction, and the way it was handled was so exemplary that we will very much look forward to hiring Santa Barbara Stone Masters on an ongoing basis. I used this company to install TuffSkin coating on my stained granite kitchen counters. I really appreciated how on the first day they honed the counters and eliminated all stains. They kept asking me for feedback on the quality of their work. They really wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied. Much to my surprise their exceptional work was exceeded the next day by Tim the TuffSkin installer.. His attention to detail was very impressive. I have already recommended this company and the product to a friend who is building a house. The counters look 1000% better.

We couldn't be happier with the service and work of SB Stone Masters. After the first job (kitchen) we had them back to seal our slate shower. Gosh I wish I'd done that sooner--looks great! The workers arrive on time and are very tidy and explain what they're doing. We had prompt response from Brandee to any question. Our stone is theirs!
