To begin with, their estimate of the cost of the job was substantially lower than the competition. At the initial visit, the explanations I was given about the job and the treatment of the marble were clear and thorough. So, I decided to go with them.
I have been very happy with the work of their employee. All the mineral accumulations on the marble are now gone, and the marble looks now as it did when it was brand-new.
